All of the crawfish that Country Club Crawfish cooks comes from the surrounding rice field ponds of Southwest Louisiana. Our crawfish are caught daily to ensure quality and freshness. Before we cook though, our crawfish are graded, purged, and cleaned to ensure a large, clean, and tasty crawfish boil. These crawfish are then boiled to perfection using our homegrown Cajun secrets that have been passed down for generations.
