Country Club Crawfish
One good thing about shrimp is that they are available year round. All our shrimp are graded to a 9-12 count. This means it takes about 9 to 12 shrimp to make a full pound. These shrimp are fresh from the Gulf of Mexico. These shrimp are then boiled for just the right amount of time to ensure easy peeling. Shrimp boils of 3000 lbs or more are not uncommon for Country Club Crawfish to do. Shrimp boils come with sweet corn, red potatoes, etc.
